A chilly 11am Sunday morning kickoff for a well fought game that looked like whoever scored first would win. DHWFC were edging it for most of the game and went into halftime with a 1 goal lead from a free kick that caught the goalie off guard.
It looked like they were going to secure a win but good lobbed free kick in the second half caught the home teams goalie off her line and the game ended 1-1

A stark difference in weather to previous games, cold and some drizzle, not many chances, 1 red card, 1 rescinded red card (first for me to witness) didn’t improve the nil nil result and an ambulance from one of the Peckham players.
I hope it’s not too serious.

All the goals came in the 1st half, which they had to play in a borrowed white kit due to theirs turning up late, in case you’re wondering if these photos were from two different games.
2nd half a bit better but they hardly troubled the home goalie.
